The pests we're called about most
These are the calls we get most around Tyler. Tap one to see how we handle it.
One House. Six Ways In.
Big oaks and tall pines are a big part of why we love East Texas, and a big part of why pests find our homes. Here’s where they get in, and where we come in. Tap a number to jump to that service.
Residential Pest Control
Every house is different, so we don’t sell a one-size plan. We look at what you’re seeing, where it’s getting in and what’s drawing it, then set up treatment that fits: monthly, quarterly, as needed or a one-time visit.
We lean on baits, barriers and sealing entry points before we reach for heavier products. And for most routine service, you don’t have to be home.
- Monthly, quarterly, as-needed or one-time
- You don't have to be home for routine service
- Baits and barriers first
- Free inspection to start
Commercial & Industrial Pest Control
Pests can damage product and property, make a workplace miserable and cost you your reputation in one online review. We’ve helped East Texas businesses keep them out for decades.
You get an individualized plan for your building, ongoing service on your schedule, and someone to call when something shows up between visits.
- Offices, retail and restaurants
- Warehouses and industrial sites
- Scheduled and emergency service
- Rodents, roaches, ants, spiders and more
Not sure what you're dealing with? We'll look first, for free.
Termite Control
Termites cause billions of dollars in damage across the country every year, and an average colony can eat through more than two linear feet of wood a year. Most homeowners never see them until the damage is done.
Watch for mud tubes on foundation walls, piles of wings, pinpoint holes or stains in drywall, floors that buckle, wood that sounds hollow, and spring swarms. We inspect, treat and set up a plan to keep them from coming back.
- Subterranean termites
- Drywood and Formosan termites
- Inspections and treatment
- Ongoing prevention plans
Wildlife Removal
Big oaks and tall pines put a lot of East Texas wildlife right at the roofline. Raccoons and squirrels move into attics and walls, bats settle into gaps, and snakes find their way into garages and crawlspaces.
We trap and remove the animal, then inspect for the entry points so it doesn’t happen again. For exotic animals we work with city and county agencies.

The Pests That Move In
Roach Control
German roaches hide in kitchens and bathrooms and come right back after a spray. Wood roaches wander in from outside. We use baits and targeted treatment that reach the nest. Customers tell us they see results in a day or two.
- German cockroaches
- Wood roaches
- Kitchens and bathrooms
Bed Bug Treatment
Bed bugs ride in on luggage, furniture and clothes, and they hide in mattress seams, headboards and baseboards. We inspect the rooms, confirm what you’re dealing with and treat to get rid of them.
- Homes and rentals
- Mattresses, furniture and baseboards
- Inspection first
Spider & Scorpion Control
Most spiders are harmless, but brown recluse and black widows are not, and East Texas has both. Scorpions show up in garages, attics and woodpiles. We treat where they live and hunt, and cut down the insects they feed on.
- Brown recluse
- Black widows
- Scorpions
Silverfish, Crickets & Pantry Pests
Some pests show up with the weather: crickets in the fall, earwigs after a rain, silverfish in damp closets. Pantry moths and beetles get into flour, cereal and pet food. We find the source and clear it out.
- Silverfish, earwigs and crickets
- Pantry moths and beetles
- Stored product pests
Rodent Control
Mice and rats chew wiring, contaminate food and multiply fast. A few droppings in the pantry usually means more in the walls.
We find where they’re living and how they’re getting in, remove them, and close up the gaps so the next ones can’t follow.
- Mice and rats
- Homes and businesses
- Entry points found and sealed
- Follow-up until they're gone
Ant & Fire Ant Control
Fire ant mounds pop up in East Texas lawns and flower beds every spring, and the stings are no joke for kids and pets. Carpenter ants go after damp and damaged wood. General ants trail in from outside looking for food and water.
We identify which ant you have, because they don’t all respond to the same treatment, and target the colony, not just the trail.
- Fire ants
- Carpenter ants
- General household ants
- Yard and indoor treatment
The Yard, the Eaves and the Lawn
Spring and summer bring East Texas pests out in force. These are the ones we hear about most.
Mosquito, Flea & Tick Control
The East Texas mosquito population booms in spring and summer. Fleas and ticks come in on pets, and chiggers wait in the grass. We treat the places they breed and rest so you can use your yard again.
- Mosquitoes
- Fleas and ticks
- Chiggers
Wasp, Hornet & Bee Removal
Nests in the eaves, the attic or the shrubs by the front door don’t have to be a fight. We remove wasps, hornets and yellow jackets. For honey bees, we remove or relocate them. Urgent bee calls get handled fast.
- Wasps, hornets and yellow jackets
- Bee removal or relocation
- Attics, eaves and shrubs
Bird Exclusion
Birds roosting on a roofline or a storefront leave a mess and can damage the building. We set up exclusion that keeps them off the places they keep coming back to.
- Pigeons
- Rooflines and ledges
- Homes and businesses
Lawn Insect Control
Brown patches that spread through the summer are often insects, not drought. Grubs feed on the roots, chinch bugs on the blades, armyworms on everything. We identify the culprit and treat the lawn.
- Grubs
- Chinch bugs
- Armyworms
